My Story

 

I became passionate about improving my metabolism by the right nutrition after I had my baby. Before my baby I was always really fit and didn't have to do much to stay slender. I did go to the gym regularly, of course, but it was more of my lifestyle than a goal to loose weight. I never had to watch what I eat and never had to loose weight. That was all because of my healthy metabolism that came along with how old I was.

Not anymore! After I had my baby something has changed and I was not able to loose extra 55 pounds I gained during my pregnancy. I realized my metabolism was not the same and that I need to do something.  I came across Fast Metabolism Diet (FDM) and after a lot of research I started to follow it for a month. I was shocked to see that by eating this delicious food I was loosing weight. This is all the food you can prepare yourself in your own kitchen and loose weight! 

 

I'd like to help others to reach similar goals! What makes me different from other nutritionists is that I don't have a nutrition background. I am simply very passionate about staying healthy and helping others do the same. I know what I know based on my own experience including a ton of research, lots of trial and error and finally perfect results.

Improving your metabolism by eating healthy makes you loose weight. But there is a system you should follow - you have to eat a lot and you have to eat every 2-3 hours. It consists of 3 phases and 4 weeks. Each phase lasting 2 to 3 days. It's really amazing!
