OYSTERS CANAPÉ

1 large cucumber
1 3‑ounce can oysters packed in water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Slice the cucumber into 1/2 inch slices.
Drain oysters.
Top cucumber slices with oysters and squeeze lemon juice on top.
